Heard Mr. E. Afonso, learned counsel appearing for the applicant and Mr. M. Amonkar, learned counsel appearing for respondent no.1/claimant.
2. Mr. M. Amonkar, learned counsel waives service on behalf of respondent no.1.
3. Mr. Afonso, learned counsel appearing for the applicant states that the insurance company has deposited in all Rs.1,65,865/-, out of which Rs.75,000/- is to be paid to the applicant along with interest at the rate of 6% per annum and the remaining balance amount with interest is to be refunded to the insurance company.

4. Mr. Amonkar, learned counsel appearing for respondent no.1/claimant has no objection to pay the amount as stated by Mr. Afonso. Hence, Rs.75,000/- along with interest at the rate of 6% per annum be paid to the applicant and the remaining balance amount be refunded to the insurance company.
