2. This is an application to bring the legal heirs of deceased Respondent no. 30 and 31 on record. As the delay has been condoned and it is not disputed that the right to sue survives, the application is allowed. The legal representatives of the deceased Respondent no. 30 and 31 are directed to be brought on record. The amendment be carried out within one week. After amendment, notice to be issued to the newly added legal representatives of the deceased Respondent no. 30 and 31.
