This is an application for condonation of delay and recall of the order dated 05.03.2019 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court by which the registration of the Writ Petition has been refused for want of compliance of the office.

2. Mr. Coutinho, the learned Counsel for the applicants, undertakes to remove the office objections within a period of six weeks.

3. In such circumstances, the application is allowed. The impugned order is hereby set aside. The Stamp No.1651/2018 is restored subject to the petitioner removing the office objections

MCA/480/2019 within six weeks from today. In the event the office objections are not removed, the order of refusal of registration of the Stamp shall stand as it is.

4. Civil Application stands disposed off.
