Learned Additional Government Advocate has placed on record the order dated 10/03/2025 as a result of which prayer clauses (a) and (b) of the petition are worked out. The same is taken on record and marked as 'X' for identification.

2. So far as prayer clause (c) is concerned, at this stage we are not inclined to consider the relief sought as the representation is already before the Government, and the Government is looking into it. This petition itself could be treated as a representation and so far as the concern raised in prayer clause (c) is concerned, the same may be looked into and addressed by the Government. If necessary, the 12th March, 2025

3. Keeping all the contentions open so far as the prayer clause (c) is concerned, the petition is disposed of in view of the order dated 10/03/2025. No costs.
