IN THE HIGH COURT OF BOMBAY AT GOA
WRIT PETITION NO. 392 OF 2015 KASHINATH JAIRAM SHETYE AND 4 ORS., ... Petitioners
Versus
SHRI ANAND JOSHI, UNDER SECRETARY GOVT. OF INDIA MINISTRY OF HOME AFFAIRS AND 4 ORS., ... Respondents Petitioner No.1 in person.
Shri D. Lawande, Asst. Solicitor General for the respondent No.3. Coram:- F. M. REIS & K. L. WADANE, JJ.
Date:- 10th June, 2015 P.C.:
Heard the petitioner No.1 in person and Shri D. Lawande, learned Asst. Solicitor General appearing on behalf of the respondent No.3.
2. The above petition takes exception to the Office Memorandum dated 13th May, 2015 issued by the Under Secretary to the Govt. of India. The main concern of the petitioners is that the said Office Memorandum may come in the way of the Authorities to comply with the directions issued by this Court while disposing of Writ Petition No. 639/2014 by order dated 03/02/2015. Shri D. Lawande, learned Assistant Solicitor General appearing for the respondent No.3 points out that the directions issued in the said order
WP/392/2015 are to be complied with on or before 30th June, 2015 and that the concerned authorities will comply with such directions, in accordance with law.
3. In view of the said submission of the learned Assistant Solicitor General, we find that the said Office Memorandum dated 13th May, 2015 itself shall not come in the way of the concerned authorities in complying with the directions issued by this Court in the said order dated 03/02/2015 and deciding the issues involved, in accordance with law.
4. Subject to above clarification, we find that nothing survives in the above petition. The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
