This is an application for bringing the legal representatives of the deceased respondent no.3 on record, who expired on 28/11/2018. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the widow of the respondent no.3 is already there on record as respondent no.2. The proposed legal representatives are served. However, none appears for the legal representatives.
