Heard Mr. Parag Rao, learned Counsel for the petitioners and Ms. S. Mordekar, learned Additional Government Advocate for respondents No.1 and 2.

The only relief applied for in this petition is a direction to respondent No.2 to decide the objections raised by respondent No.3 dated 13/09/2017 to the petitioner's application for allotment of a plot in a time bound manner.

Ms. Mordekar, learned Additional Government Advocate on the basis of the instructions states that the objections will be disposed of as expeditiously as possible and in any case within three months from today. This statement is accepted.

In view of the aforesaid statement, the relief applied for in this petition stands worked out. We further clarify that before disposing of the application, respondent No.2 to afford hearing to both the petitioners as well as respondent No.3, so that, in future, there is no complaint of any failure of natural justice.

The petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. 6.
