Date:- 28th September 2017 ORAL ORDER The applicant seeks bail in anticipation of arrest apprehending his arrest at the instance of the Respondent no.1 in the Crime no.312/2017 under Section 420 and 409 IPC based on the complaint of one Mr Shyam Kale.

No separate reply has been filed to the present bail application in anticipation of arrest. However Shri Mahesh Amonkar, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor in fairness submits that the Applicant had reported for interrogation and that he

had co-operated in the course of investigation. 3.

There is no serious objection to the grant of the reliefs in the Applicant's favour as prayed and in view of the fair concession made by Shri Amonkar and considering that the offence had arisen almost fours years prior to the registration of the offence, i pass the following :

ORDER

(i) The Applicant is secured with the Order of bail in anticipation of arrest to the extent that in the event of his arrest, he shall be enlarged on bail on executing a personal bond in the amount of `25,000/- and on furnishing one local surety in co-extensive amount to the satisfaction of the IO.

(ii) He shall not intimidate the witnesses and/or otherwise interfere with the course of investigation.

(iii) He shall report to the Police Station for two days w.e.f. 29.09.2017 between 15.00 hours till 18.00 hours.

(iv)In these terms, the application

stands disposed off.
