2. Leave granted to add the word "Deceased" against Petitioner No.1(c) and Respondent No.1(a) and Respondent No.2. Amendment to be carried out forthwith.

3. The matter was initially referred to mediation and today consent terms are filed by the parties along with the plan showing respective portions to be occupied by the Petitioners and Respondents respectively along with the right of way.

4. Upon perusal of the consent terms, it is clear that the parties settled their dispute amicably and agreed to dispose of the present proceedings. Similarly, the purchase applications filed by the Petitioners shall be taken up for disposal considering the above terms 19th August, 2023

This Order is Speaking to Minutes order of order dated 19/08/2023 WP 244 of 2020 of settlement. Petitioners shall produce authenticated copy of the consent terms along with the present order before the learned Mamlatdar, who shall decide such purchase applications within a period of three months.

5. Consent terms filed duly signed by the respective parties and learned Counsel for the Petitioners as well as Respondents stands accepted.

6. In view of terms of settlement filed, the present writ petition stands disposed of accordingly.
