The third legal representative Maria Alice da Silva who is the widow of the deceased is already on record as respondent no.6. The application is filed within time. Mrs. Maria Alice da Silva who is respondent no.6 would also continue to be on record as one of the legal representatives of the respondent no.7. Necessary amendment to be carried out within one week.
