2. The Petitioner has raised a challenge to the Memorandum dated 24th April 2017 in respect of the delimitation plans concerning ward no.7 of Village Dhargalim. The Petition was filed on 2nd June 2017. Notice was issued on 6th June 2017, however, no interim relief was granted. The Petition has remained pending since then. The election was thereafter held and the results have also been declared. The Petitioner now seeks a direction to conduct re-election for ward nos.6 and 7.

3. Learned Counsel for the Respondents has drawn our attention to Sections 16 and 20 of the Goa Panchayat Raj Act. The Petitioner has, therefore, a remedy of filing an Election Petition to agitate all the contentions which are raised in this Petition.
4. In view of the availability of this remedy to the Petitioner, we are not inclined to entertain the Writ Petition. The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of keeping all contentions open. NUTAN D. SARDESSAI, J.
