2. We have perused the averments made in the Misc. Civil Application. The Applicant has made out a case for impleadment as party Respondent to the writ petition for the reasons recorded in the Misc. Civil Application.

3. The Misc. Civil Application is accordingly made absolute in terms of prayer clause (A) of the application. Amendment to be carried out within two weeks from today. Amended copy of

MCA/471/2019 the petition shall be served upon the newly added party Respondent within one week thereafter. There shall be no order as to costs.
