After hearing the matter for some time, Shri Ryan Menezes, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, upon instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to file fresh application for parole by furnishing details to the Authority. The petition stands accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. Needless to say that any fresh application is filed by the petitioners before the Authority, shall be examined on its own merits in accordance with law.
