Shri Amonkar, learned Advocate submits that 50% of the amount was ordered to be withdrawn pursuant to the order of this Court dated 13/04/2018. He also submits that the appeal filed by the respondents had been dismissed vide the order dated 24/02/2019 and the same has not been restored till date.

2. In view thereof, the application for withdrawal of the balance amount is allowed. Registry to do the needful.
