REGISTRAR'S ORDER Notices were issued to respondent nos. 2(b), 2(e), 2(f) & 2(g) but those returned unserved vide the bailiff report dated 20.01.2018 and 24.01.2018, respectively. The Bailiff report dated 20.01.2018 discloses that the respondent no. 2(b) does'nt reside on that address. It further discloses that respondent nos. 2(e) & 2(f) are residing at Panaji and 2(g) is residing at Panchwadi. Accordingly the appellant has made possible attempts to trace the address of the above said respondents but could not get. According to the appellant addresses of the respondents are given in the appeal memo and is the last known address to them. The appellant has filed affidavit of the Power of Attorney of appellant in support of this application. In view of the above facts, I am satisfied that the notices to the above said respondents will not be served by ordinary way. Hence, this application is allowed. Issue notices to respondent nos. 2(b), 2(e), 2(f) & 2(g) by way of publication i.e by publishing it in the daily newspaper " The Navhind Times". The appellant shall pay the due
