By this application, the applicants/petitioners pray for fixing a peremptory date for disposal of the petition. This is, in the backdrop of the liberty granted by this Court in the order dated 03.11.2020.

Having heard the learned Counsel for the parties, this Court is of the opinion that the present application can be disposed of by directing the Writ Petition to be heard on a particular date in the month of October, 2021. 3.

Accordingly, the application is allowed and it is directed that Writ Petition No.240 of 2021 shall be listed for final disposal at the top of the final hearing Board on 29.10.2021. 4.

The respondents are directed to file their replies, if not already filed, at least one week prior to the next date of listing with advance copy served on the learned Counsel for the petitioners.
