2. Mr. Joshi, the learned counsel appears for respondent no.1. It is submitted that this appeal arises out of an interim order passed in Civil Misc. Application No.124/2005 by the learned District Judge at Panaji. Mr. Joshi points out that the Civil Misc. Application no.124/2005 is disposed of on 25/3/2015. The learned counsel has produced a copy of the Judgment which is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. In that view of the matter nothing would survive in the appeal.
