The respondent no.1 (claimant) is now permitted to withdraw the compensation amount deposited by the appellant - Insurance Company in this Court together with interest that shall have accrued thereon. For this, the respondent no.1 will have to produce identity papers and bank details. The Registry to transfer the amounts directly into the bank account of the respondent no.1 (claimant).
