This is an application for condonation of delay of three days which occurred in filing Second Appeal.

2. Heard Mr. J. P. Mulgaonkar, learned Counsel for the applicants.

3. It is submitted that delay of three days occurred due to error in computing the period of limitation for filing the appeal. It appears that delay is bona fide and reason is sufficient, as such delay stands condoned as even the learned Counsel for the respondent submits that necessary orders in the interest of justice may be passed.
