The learned counsel for the petitioner states that on 28/2/2019, the petitioner had requested the I.G. Prisons to reconsider the period for furlough on the ground that instead of granting furlough for a period of 28 days, furlough is granted only for 20 days.

2. Mr. Faldessai, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent states that the said application will be considered and the period of 8 days will be granted in addition to the period of 20 days already granted to the petitioner.

4. The writ petition is disposed off in the aforesaid terms with no order as to costs.
