Both the learned counsel do not dispute that the ground on which the marriage between the appellant and the respondent no.1 is dissolved is also the ground available in Goa for dissolution of marriage under the Portuguese Civil Code, 1939. It is also an averment made in para 7 of the application. It is not disputed by the learned counsel for the first respondent and also the the learned Addl. Government Advocate for the second respondent. In that view of the matter, by consent of the parties the following order is passed: Order:

The application is allowed as prayed and is accordingly disposed of.
