2. This is an application for condonation of delay in filing the appeal from order, on the ground that the Director of the sole appellant was sick. The averments in the application are
MCA/542/2014 uncontroverted, as the respondents have not filed reply. Shri Rui Gomes Pereira, learned Counsel appearing for the respondent No.3 objects to the condonation of delay.
3. As the averments in the application stand uncontroverted and on perusal of the averments therein, the fact that the Director of the sole appellant was sick has not been disputed, I find that sufficient cause has been made out to condone the delay.
4. The application is, accordingly, allowed. The delay stands condoned. Place the appeal for admission next week. F. M. REIS, J.
