By this application, the applicant is seeking condonation of delay and recall of the order dated 05.03.2019 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court refusing to register Stamp No.1653/2018.

2. On hearing Mr. Coutinho, the learned Counsel for the applicants, who undertakes to remove the office objections within six weeks from today, the impugned order is hereby set aside.

3. The application is allowed in the aforesaid terms. The Stamp No.1653/2018 stands restored to file. The applicants are directed

MCA/479/2019 to remove the office objections within six weeks from today failing which the order of refusal of registration of the said application shall stand as it is.

4. Civil Application stands disposed off.
