This is an application for condonation of delay in filing an appeal challenging the judgment and order dated 31/8/2017 passed by the Children's Court thereby convicting the appellant/applicant for the offence punishable under section 376

(2) (f), (i) and (n) of I.P.C, r/w section 8(2) of the Goa Children's Act, 2003 and sections 4 and 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012. The applicant is presently undergoing the sentence.
