DATED :- 18th July, 2025 ORAL ORDER : (Per M.S. Sonak, J.) Heard Mr E.O. Mendes, the learned counsel for the petitioner. Mr Devidas Pangam, the learned Advocate General appears along with Mr Shetye, the learned Additional Government Advocate for respondent nos.1 and 2.

2. For the order that is proposed to be made, notice is not necessary to the third respondent.

3. Mr Mendes submits that the petitioner apprehends that the audit

inquiry may not continue after the interim report is submitted. He further submits that the original founder members have filed a complaint dated 18.06.2025 to the District Registrar and the inquiry into the same needs to be completed.

4. The learned Advocate General states that the audit inquiry and the inquiry into the complaint dated 18.06.2025 are going on and the same would be completed within three months from today.

5. Mr Mendes states that upon recording the above statement, this petition would be disposed of, leaving all contentions of all parties open.

6. Accordingly, we record the learned Advocate General's statement and dispose of this petition. All concerned Authorities must act consistently with the learned Advocate General's statement and dispose of the inquiries finally within three months from today. All contentions of all parties, including, in particular, the contentions of the third respondent, are left expressly open. The inquiry should be completed by complying with the principles of natural justice and fair play.

7. The petition is disposed of in the above terms without any costs order.
