This is an application for early hearing of Writ Petition no. 363 of 2021, which has been admitted by this Court vide Order dated 16.02.2023.

2. The Respondent no.1 is Senior Citizen, aged around 92 years and it is requested that the Petition be heard expeditiously. 10th October, 2023

3. The interim relief was granted in the Petition vide Order dated 28.04.2022, which has been continued till final disposal of the Petition vide Order dated 16.02.2022.

4. Considering the fact that one of the Respondent is a Senior Citizen as stated above, the prayer for early hearing of the Petition can be granted.

ORDER

(i) Misc. Civil Application No. 381 of 2023 is allowed. (ii) Writ Petition No. 363 of 2021 be listed on final hearing board commencing from 12.12.2023.
