Mr Vales, the petitioner who appears in person states that with the issue of the order dated 06/12/2022, his grievances in terms of prayers clauses 'a' and 'b' stand substantially redressed except the grievance about payment of interest. He further submits that his grievance in terms of prayer clause 'c' is yet to be redressed.

2. Now the substantial portion of the grievance is stands redressed, we give the petitioner an opportunity to file a representation in the context of interest and reimbursement of telephone and electricity charges. Mr Vales states that he has already made representation on 23/05/2022 (Exh. N) to this petition. He states that the respondents may be directed to consider the said representation and dispose of the same in a time bound manner.

3. Accordingly, we direct respondent No.2 to consider the petitioner's above representation on the aspect of interest and reimbursement of telephone and electricity charges and to dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible and in any case within three months from today. The decision should be communicated to the petitioner and if the petitioner is not satisfied with the decision, the petitioner will have liberty to take out such proceedings as he may be advised to question such decision.

4. The petition is accordingly disposed of.
