Ms. Desai, learned Senior Standing Counsel for the Appellant tenders a letter dated 22nd April, 2019, received from the Assistant Commissioner ( Legal ), Central Goods and Service Tax, instructing the learned counsel to file an application for withdrawal of the appeal in view of the fact that the interest amount involved in the subject appeal is reworked by the divisional office as below Rs.50 lakhs. The said letter also refers to the direction issued by the Principal Commissioner, CGST Goa, to withdraw the said appeal in compliance with the direction of the Board's letter dated 25th June, 2018. The letter dated 22nd April, 2019 is taken on record.
