Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

The Petitioner was permitted to intervene in the Inventory Proceedings by the Inventory Court. However, this order was set aside by the Appeal Court. This order was challenged in the present petition.

Mr Lobo, learned counsel for the Respondents now places on record the extract of Roznama which shows that the main Inventory Proceedings have been disposed of on 25.01.2023. Accordingly, the 10th February 2023

26-WP 489-19.DOC relief in this petition is rendered infructuous. However, the disposal of this petition, will not affect the Petitioner's right, if any, to challenge the disposal of Inventory Proceedings and also question the order by which his intervention was declined.
