Mr. Shirodkar, learned Additional Government Advocate has tendered a copy of communication dated 21.09.2016 from the Under Secretary (Revenue-I) to the Collector, North Goa District stating that the acquisition of land in question for re-development of Panaji municipal market phase-III for Corporation of the City of Panaji, has lapsed and it cannot be processed. A copy of the communication is taken on the file.
