Date:- 22nd April 2019 P.C. : This is an application for withdrawal of the amount. However, the office report dated 16.10.2018 shows that the amount has already been transferred to the District Court at Panaji and no amount is lying before this Court.

2. In such circumstances, the Civil Application is disposed off with liberty to the applicants to move for withdrawal of the amount before appropriate Court, if so advised. If such an application is filed, the District Court shall decide the same in accordance with law.
