Heard learned counsel appearing for both sides.
2. This is an application seeking extension of time to complete the investigation.
3. Mr. Rivankar, learned Public Prosecutor states that investigation could not be completed as its scope is very wide.
4. Mr. Joshi, learned counsel appearing for the respondents no. 1 to 9 has no objection.
5. Hence, application is allowed. Further time of three months is granted to the applicant to complete the investigation.
6. Respondent no.10 is hereby directed to re-audit the accounts of the year 2007-08 and furnish auditory statement to the investigating officer within a period of four weeks from today.
