5. In view thereof, directions are issued to the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Mapusa to expedite the trial after framing of the charge and examination of the victim first in point of time as expeditiously as possible and within two months from the framing of the charge.

6. Liberty is granted to the applicant to move for bail before the learned Additional Sessions Judge thereafter.
