Heard Mr Deepak Gaonkar for the Petitioners in all these Petitions and Ms O. Fernandes for the first Respondent i.e. the Attorney of the Communidade of Assagao, Mr Nelson Fernandes, who is present in the Court.

Ms O. Fernandes and Mr Nelson Fernandes state that the Petitioners' Applications would be considered and disposed of by the Communidade within a maximum period of 15 days from today.

Te Attorney says that the meeting of the Communidade is scheduled for 19.11.2023 and a decision will be taken at the said meeting.

By accepting the above statement, we dispose of the Contempt Petitions in fond hope that the Petitioners will not
