2. This is an application to stay the execution of the Decree and Order.

3. The Applicant is ready to deposit the amount as directed by the Decree clause no. (a). Hence, the execution and operation of the Decree under Appeal is stayed, subject to the condition that the Applicant shall deposit the amount as per Order in clause (a) of the Decree within a period of eight weeks. Upon deposit of such

CA/91/2015 amount, the Registry is directed to invest such amount in any Nationalised Bank as per the usual practice.
