2. This is an application for appointment of an arbitrator under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. It is pointed out by Shri Godinho, learned Counsel appearing for the applicant that in a similar matter where the applicant is also a party, this Court had appointed Advocate Shri R. G. Ramani, as an arbitrator to decide the disputes between the parties. Shri Agni, learned Counsel appearing for the respondent, upon instructions, has no objection in case Shri R. G. Ramani, Advocate is appointed as the sole arbitrator to decide the disputes between the parties.
