Pai, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, upon instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the above petition in view of the out of Court settlement arrived at between the petitioner and the respondent herein. The learned Counsel further points out that the sum of Rs.3,50,000/- (Rupees three lakhs fifty thousand only) has been tendered by the respondent in favour of the petitioner on account of the dues referred to in the above petition.
