2. i have perused the application under consideration and which reveals that the petition came to be dismissed on 08/03/2018 on account of the non-appearance of the learned Advocate for the applicant since he was suffering from conjunctivitis. This fact as stated by the petitioner on oath had not been controverted on behalf of the respondents.

3. In view thereof, the application is allowed and the petition is restored to file.
