This is an application for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted by the Court of Additional Sessions Judge vide order dated 08.01.2019.

2. It is pointed out that the investigation proceeded and the Investigating Officer has submitted 'A' Summary report before the Court of the learned JMFC, Mapusa.

3. The applicant in person submitted that the report is pending for consideration before the concerned Court for long and some directions are required to be given to the Court for expeditiously taking decision on the said report. He further submitted that in the event such 9th August, 2023

CRMAM 5 of 2023 directions are given, the applicant would withdraw this application.

4. The learned Magistrate, before whom the 'A' Summary Report has been submitted by the Investigating Officer, is requested to take appropriate decision on Summary Report submitted by Investigating Officer in accordance with law within one month from the date of receipt of this order.

5. This application is allowed to be withdrawn.
