Mr. Menezes, learned counsel for the Petitioners hands in an affidavit on behalf of the Petitioners. The affidavit states that the Petitioners have already availed of One Time Settlement (OTS) facilities from the Respondent - Bank and therefore, the grievance of the Petitioners in this petition no longer survives. The affidavit also seeks leave to withdraw the petition.

The affidavit is taken on record and in terms of the request made by Mr. Menezes as also the request in the affidavit, the leave is granted to withdraw the petition. This petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
