We have heard the learned Counsel for the applicant on these applications which are for amendment of the cause title so as to

substitute the description of the respondent No.4- "Mormugao Port Trust" to be amended to "Mormugao Port Authority". 2.

We accordingly allowed these applications in terms of the draft amendments which are annexed to these applications. The amendment be carried out on or before the adjourned date of hearing. Amended copy of the petition to be served on the respondents.
