2. The Second Appeal is already admitted. This Court, by an order dated 05/03/2015, had directed that there shall be no demolition of the suit property in question.

3. Shri Ramani, the learned Counsel for the applicants, on instructions, submits and undertakes that the applicants shall not make any further construction in the suit property and shall maintain status-quo. Statement is accepted.

4. In such circumstances, ad interim order against demolition of the suit property shall continue during the pendency of the appeal.
