Mr. Sardessai, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioners, seeks leave to withdraw the above Writ Petition as, according to him, negotiations between the Petitioners and the Respondent no. 2 are in progress.

2. Learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent no. 2 accepts that in fact some negotiations are in progress.

3. Hence, the Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. It is clarified that we have not examined the rival contentions in the Petition which are left open.
