In the petition the order impugned is the rejection of the application for amendment of the plaint filed by the plaintiff vide Exh.81. The Writ Petition without any interim relief came to be admitted and the hearing of the suit expedited. 4.

The learned Counsel for the respondents has invited my attention to the status of Regular Civil Suit No.0000085/2014 (Gokuldas Shantaram Kamat and others v/s. Dattatraya Raghunath Jog and Anr.). The status of the said proceedings as on 30/10/2019 reflect as under :
