Amrut 2 WP377-17dt 14-03-2018 dispute raised in this petition has been resolved and the Petitioner has settled the dispute with Respondent Nos.3 and 4 i.e. Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited.

The learned counsel for Respondent Nos.3 and 4 also confirms this position. The learned counsel for the Petitioner thereupon seeks leave to withdraw the petition. 4.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn.
