2. Shri P. Dessai, learned Advocate for the petitioner, submits that the entire amount awarded by the learned J.M.F.C. has been paid to the respondents which is confirmed by Shri Kenkre, learned Advocate for the respondents.

3. In view thereof, nothing further survives in the revision application. The impugned judgment and sentence is accordingly quashed and set aside.
