Mr. Karpe, the learned counsel for the respondent states that the order of this Court could not be complied with because the respondent was found to be covid positive and, therefore, could not attend his duties. Mr. Karpe now states that the direction in our order dated 8/3/2021 about disposal of the petitioner's compliant dated 5/1/2021 will be complied with within a period of eight weeks from today without seeking any further extension of time. 2.

The aforesaid statement is accepted as an undertaking to this Court and this petition is disposed of.
