This is an application for withdrawal of amounts deposited by the original Petitioner. It is pointed out that the Petition was dismissed and eviction orders were confirmed. It is further pointed out that Special Leave Petition filed against the order of this Court was also dismissed. The amounts deposited by the original Petitioner are lying in deposit with this Court.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed in terms of prayers made therein. Accordingly, the amounts lying in deposit with this Court shall be disbursed forthwith to the Applicants. 3.

Application stands disposed of.
