The above Applications only seek a clarification that the order dated 9 May 2018 disposes of the applications for interim relief made by the Applicants.

From the order, this is quite evident. In any case, liberty is granted to the Applicants to take out a fresh application seeking for appropriate reliefs. The order dated 9 May 2018 was only in the context of emergent situation which had arisen for this season. Needless to add that all contentions of all the parties are expressly kept open.

With this clarification and liberty as above, the Civil Applications are disposed of.
