Ms. Desai, learned Counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to file Civil Suit against respondent no.5 in respect of her alleged right to have electricity connection in her name.

2. Writ Petition is dismissed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any views on the merit of the matter. All contentions of both the parties are kept open.
